How to apply for a grant

Information required to support your application

When making an application, grant seekers should bear in mind the points below. We expect all applicants to complete the Funding Application Form.

Please ensure your application includes details regarding the following:

  • Your most recent annual report
  • Projected income and expenditure for the coming year
  • Your reserves
  • Particular features of your costs, e.g. high transport costs in rural areas
  • Details of other funding expected
  • Any significant achievements and/or problems or difficulties
  • Any ‘matching funding’ arrangements e.g. European Social Fund support
  • Timetable for when the proposed work is to start and finish
  • Applications should be accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope
